Timber fret work & Tiled Roof

Timber works was sanded, puttied and gapped, then sealed, sanded and painted.

Tiled roof and gutters were pressure cleaned, water based sealer applied, 2 coats of roofing membrane in colourbond Bushland.

Roof Resurfacing

Corrugated Iron Roof resurfacing.

The roof was not in the best condition, We started with a high pressure chemical clean, some surface rust had started around some screws, and catchment areas, the surface rust had to be removed with wire brushing and wire wheeling, the affected areas were then treated with a rust converter and penetrol, the roof then sealed/primed with a zinc phosphate primer, then finished with 2 coats of roofing membrane. This customer choose surfmist as the final colour.

Epoxy Garage Floor

IMG_9892-preview 2.HEIC

First we had to get rid of the oil stains on the garage floor which was done by a process of high pressure washing and a degreaser then was left to dry until the next day. As the finish on this concrete was very smooth we grinned the floor to allow better adhesion. The concrete was then acid etched then was again left to dry until the following day. Day 3 the floor now being prepped is now ready for base coat and fleck. The base coat is mixed, cut and rolled, this is what gives it the blue/grey look in the photo ( or colour of choice), while the base coat is wet, special spiked shoes are worn to walk across the floor to spread the fleck evenly here it is left again to dry until the following day. Day 4 We sweep and blow off any loose fleck. Here is where the final coat of epoxy clear goes on, with an anti slip additive mixed in the epoxy.

Internal Stair Well

Customer wanted their old yellowed timber stairwell revamped and modernised.

As we had already painted the walls this took a lot of masking and gapping, Once everything was masked and gapped we applied 2 coats of oil base undercoat to stop any bleed through from the timber stain. The oil base was sanded and re applied a water based enamel in natural white to match the walls. To finish the timber treads were sanded and finished with a oil stain
